Jon Taffer relaunched Angry Ham's Garage as Octane Bar and Grill.

What happened next
At the six-week check-in, sales at the relaunched Octane Bar and Grill were up by more than 25%, and the bar recorded a profit for the first time. The improvement was accompanied by trouble: a doorman was struck in the head with a rock while trying to stop an intoxicated person from entering, and that incident and other issues led to a one-week suspension and ongoing problems with local government. Reviews were mixed. The bar later traded as Angry Ham's Grill, holding a 3-star rating on Yelp, before closing in July 2019, about eight years after the episode aired. The Framingham site was later occupied in turn by Green Tea Restaurant and Beacon Street Bar and Grill, and by early 2023 it housed Café Belô, a Brazilian restaurant.
