At the producers' check-in after the rescue, drink sales at Libad's had risen by 100% and food sales were bringing in $4,500 a month. The bar reverted from Libad's Seaside Tavern to its original Libad's Bar & Grill name. Reviews were strong, with ratings of 4.5 stars on Yelp and 4.3 stars on Google, and the pizza drew particular praise. Some scenes for the 2019 film Jungleland were shot at the bar. The bar appeared to have been inactive since 2019 before it closed in February 2021. It was listed for sale at $329,900, including its liquor license, inventory and parking lot, and eventually sold for $315,000. By 2023, the site was occupied by a new bar, 3 C's Bar and Grille.
